- Distance from Birmingham International Airport: 1.5 miles
- Nearest train station: 1.5 miles, Birmingham - 8 miles
- Timings of transfers: Transfers operate 24 hours, taking approximately 10 minutes. This service must be booked on arrival at the hotel. For a service from the airport customers should phone the hotel. Customers using the secured parking option should allow 40 minutes to drive to Airparks and transfer from there to the airport.
- Holiday Parking: Parking can be on-site at the hotel or secured parking, depending on your booking option. If using the secured parking option customers park overnight at the hotel. Reception will give you a voucher to exchange for long term parking. In the morning you take your car and voucher to Airparks Services, a secured long term car park close to the airport, which provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day. After the 15 days inclusive, secured parking is charged at the car park's standard daily rate. If using the on site option after the 15 days inclusive, parking at the hotel costs £15 per week ( subject to availability). N.B Secured parking option is only suitable for customers staying at the hotel the night before they depart on holiday.
