The Mercure (formerly the Renaissance Gatwick) is best known for having the largest hotel bedrooms in the area. It has 254 bedrooms and the hotel is suitable for both the business and leisure travel, the hotel is happy to accommodate children and pets.
The hotel has two restaurants, one serving Italian food and the other offering International cuisine, it also has the Atlas bar which serves lighter bites. All rooms are double glazed and have individual controlled air conditioning. The hotel also has a leisure complex with indoor swimming pool and squash courts.
Directions To The Hotel
Exit the M23 at Junction 9 and follow signs to Gatwick Airport. At the 1st roundabout go straight on . At next roundabout take exit signposted A23 Redhill. At next roundabout turn left the hotel is the 3rd turning on the left.
Airport Transfer Information
- Transfers operate 24 hours, every 15 minutes 05.35 -23.35 (both terminals) by the hotel coach, taking 5/10 minutes. Then every half hour from Midnight to 0530.
For a service from the airport go to the coach hotel pick up point. There is a board indicating the correct bus stop number for the Mercure.
Transfers are charged at £2.50 each way and £1.50 for children. - Holiday Parking: On site at the hotel with CCTV cameras. After the 8 or 15 day parking option, parking charged at local daily rate. The hotel reserves the right to park cars off site in a secure parking facility at high demand periods.
