Directions To The Hotel

Exit the M4 at Junction 4, and follow signs to Terminal 4 other areas. This will lead you onto the second exit (signposted 'other areas'). At Nene Road roundabout take second exit signposted 'Customs House' and 'Renaissance Hotel'.

• Nearest train station: Heathrow - 1 mile
• Timings of transfers: Transfers are operated by the Heathrow Hoppa. This service operates every 10-15 minutes and journey time to airport is approx. 15 minutes and 20 minutes from airport. Customers travelling to & from terminal 4 must take the Hoppa to/from Terminals 1,2 & 3 and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs between 05.00 - 23.45 between Terminals 1,2 & 3 and Terminal 4, free of charge, every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes. Timings are subject to change. Hoppa tickets are sold at the hotel and terminals. £3 per person one way and £5 per person return, (children under 5 free, 1 child 5-15 free with each adult).
