The hotel offers 152-bedrooms including studios and a suite and all rooms offer trouser press, hairdryer, satellite TV plus tea and coffee making facilities. An Otium Leisure Club with swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and workout room has recently opened.
Directions To The Hotel
By Car: Exit the M1 at Junction 10 and turn onto Spur Road, Junction 10A. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the airport. Go straight over the next two roundabouts onto Windmill Road. At the big roundabout go straight over onto St Mary's Road. At the lights go to mini roundabout and turn left onto Guildford Street. Go over the traffic lights and 100 yards on your left is a blind entrance into the car park. Drive up ramp, the hotel is on your right.
Railway and the Tube: Exit Thameslink Train and proceed up the stairs towards the ticket hall. Turn left and walk across the covered way bridge and down onto Bute Street. The Bus Station is on left. Turn right and walk to the traffic lights and turn right again into Guildford Street. Walk for about 100 yards and on your left should be a car park. Walk up the ramp and the Hotel is situated on the right hand side.

- Nearest train station: Luton - 1/4 mile
- Timings of transfers: Customers staying on a room only basis or parking their car at Airparks on the evening of arrival at the hotel can take the free airport bus service which stops outside the hotel and takes approximately 3 minutes. Customers driving to Airparks Services on the morning of departure will be transferred from there to the airport 24 hours a day. (Coutesy taxi transfers must be booked via the hotel. If you use a taxi company direct it will be at your own expense.)
- Holiday Parking: Customers park overnight at the hotel. Reception will give you a voucher to exchange for long term parking. In the morning you take your car and voucher to Airparks Services, a long term car park close to the airport which provides transfers to the airport 24 hours. After the 15 day option parking is charged at the car park's normal daily gate price.
