Ryanair has announced that it will be flying from Nottingham East Midlands Airport from March 7 next year.

Two brand new Boeing 737-800 aircraft will be stationed at the airport, and the carrier will be adding ten routes, bringing the total from the airport to 15 and increasing the number of flights and services that the airport can offer its customers.

East Midlands Airport boasts an array of shops and services, including airport hotel accommodation and airport car parking and the airport has expressed its pleasure at the new partnership, and the increasing tourist traffic it will bring to the area.

The airport also recently opened a brand new Executive Lounge, with seating for 56 passengers.

Staying at an airport hotel before a flight can be an extremely relaxing experience. There is no need for a last minute rush to arrive at the airport, and your hotel may sometimes offer free car parking when you book a room.

Nottingham East Midlands Airport is in the centre of the country, surrounded by the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and within easy reach of Sheffield, Stoke upon Trent and Tamworth. The Airport is easily accessible from all parts of the UK, either by road or by public transport.
