Two airlines are to go head to head and launch a London to New York business service.

The all-business flights will take off on November 2 within 30 minutes of one another, reports the Times.

Eos Airlines will run a daily service with just 48 seats while Maxiet will offer customers 102 seats.

Maxjet is due to take off at 10am on November 2, and Eos taking off 30 minutes later. Both will fly from Stansted to JFK airport.

Stansted Airport offers business customers the perfect opportunity to relax before taking a trip abroad, with one of its many airport hotels.

Taking an airport hotel room means there is no last-minute rush to the airport, and business travellers can relax before long-haul flights.

Many airport hotels run reward scheme for frequent stays, so if you are thinking of booking one online, it is worth investigating.
