MAXjet launches inaugural flight

MAXjet will set off this evening for its first ever flight from John F Kennedy Airport to Stansted Airport.

The carrier markets itself as a 'luxury, all business airline' which aims to connect business cities around the globe, making it ideal for executives who want a comfortable trip.

'The launch of MAXjet begins a new era in business class travel,' said Gary Rogliano, MAXjet's CEO.

'We are dedicated to creating a smarter way to fly, and we intend to constantly evolve to meet all business class travellers' needs.'

One-way fares cost £385, which is inclusive of all taxes. The airline offers travellers 102 business class seats with 60-inch pitch, upscale meal service, airport lounges and portable on-demand entertainment to its passengers.

Stansted Airport offers business travellers world-renowned airport hotel accommodation, for convenient and comfortable airport stays.
