Hotel conglomerate Accor has opened its first Pullman brand hotel in the United Kingdom.

Officials from the France-based firm said this week that the Pullman London St Pancras was finally ready to open its doors under the luxury brandname. The property was previously operated as the Novotel St Pancras but has seen numerous upgrades, according to reports.

Chief operating officer Christophe Vanswieten for Pullman Europe said in a statement that he was “delighted” to announce the launch of the new property. He added that it was the first-ever Pullman hotel in the UK and that Britain would be a key market for the brand’s expansion plans in the coming years.

The company boasted in a press release that the Pullman St Pancras London offers 312 guestrooms with top-notch views of London’s skyline. Accor officials said that the new property was part of the company’s commitment to offering a full range of upscale properties in the United Kingdom.

The property also features the Golden Arrow bar & restaurant with a range of fine-dining meals designed by chef Rees Smith in addition to a large collection of renowned wines, according to the release.

Xavier Louyot of SVP Global Marketing Pullman said to media that the Pullman St Pancras caters to both business and leisure travellers and that it offers a "unique contemporary experience”.
