Directions To The Hotel
Exit the M23 at Junction 10 and take the A264 to East Grinstead. At the 1st roundabout take 2nd exit. At the next roundabout turn left and the hotel is approximately 200 yards on the right.
LGW Airport Transfer Information
To transfer to the airport you will need to catch the G5 Bus which runs to the airport hourly, at quarter past the hour, from 4.15am to 11.15pm, arriving at the South terminal at 35 minutes past and the North Terminal five minutes later. Tickets cost £4.50 each way for adults and £2.50 for children aged six to 12; children under six travel free, and a family ticket for two adults and two children costs £9.
If you would prefer a taxi, which will take about 10 minutes, the hotel recommends Roadrunners (01342 324444), who charge £12.50 for a four-seater and £23 for an eight-seater.
- Holiday Parking: There is both on site parking and secured parking available this can differ subject to who you make your booking through. If booking through Holiday Extras & FHR generally parking will be on site at the hotel. If parking on-site for stays of either eight or 15 days additional days will be charged at £7.00 per day. If you make your booking with APH you will be parking at their secured parking facility a few minutes up the road. APH customers will park at the hotel on the night of your stay and drive to the secured car park in the morning where you will be transferred to the airport Free of charge.
- Transfers to the airport: The hotel has a transfer service that takes just 10 - 15 minutes to the airport. It runs hourly from 4.15am to 23.15pm costing £4.50 per person one way. The hotel can also arrange a taxi transfer to and from the airport. The cost is approximately £12.50 each way taking about 10 minutes.
- For customers returning to the hotel from the airport, the G5 bus leaves from bus stop 9 at the South terminal at 35 minutes past the hour from 4.35am to 11.35pm, and bus stop 8 at the North terminal five minutes later. The journey does take about 35 to 40 minutes, because the bus goes via the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth. You could of course choose to catch a taxi instead.
