4Deck Lounge Formerly Holideck Terminal 4 Heathrow Airport

KLM Ground Services London introduce a new concept in airport lounges - Holideck. Whether you are looking for relaxation, activity or entertainment Holideck will ensure a stress-free and memorable start to your journey.

Three floors for you to choose from - the Main Deck and Upper Deck with their own bar and refreshment facilities and the Flight Deck.

Once you enter Holideck, three floors of entertainment, fun and stress free relaxation are yours to enjoy, whether you wish to rest and relax with complimentary bar, refreshments and publications or explore the active zones with the children on the Main Deck.

Main Deck

FAMILY LOUNGE: Deposit your hand luggage in the lobby area. Relax in comfort and have a drink while the younger members of the family can entertain themselves with early learning games, creative pursuits or watching cartoons. Take in the views of the airport and watch the aircraft getting ready for departure.

ENTERPRISE DECK: (closed to children under 16)

• Business Area - With wireless internet access, fax and phone connections.
• Haven 2 - Relaxing area to read or just chill out.
• Bar Vela - Relax with a drink while you watch - Sky sports, Bloomberg business news or play PS2 games.
• A self contained smoking room.

INTERACTIVE ZONE: For older members of the family looking for some fun, this is the lounge to be in with a variety of the latest computer games and interactive toys.

Upper Deck

SPORTS LOUNGE: Catch the main event on the large wide screen t.v. or select your sporting favourite on a smaller flat screen. Sit at the bar or relax whilst you watch satellite and terrestrial t.v. which will cover all major events. Have a drink and enjoy the ambience of the Sports lounge bar.

THE HAVEN: Take an executive break in the Haven, relax in tranquil surroundings. Enjoy some refreshment, pick up a paper and take time out from your busy schedule. Just rest and relax in the comfortable and peaceful surroundings.

SMOKING ROOM: Watch television and enjoy a last cigarette before the flight in the quiet atmosphere of the smoking area.

FLIGHT DECK: High above the roof of Heathrow Airport's Terminal 4, the glazed observatory provides a stunning panoramic view of Heathrow's runways in action. Accessed by lift or stairway, the observation deck gives you a unique view of one of the world's busiest airports. The observation deck is a place of interest, education and pleasure for all.

The lounge is situated in the Terminal 4. The entrance to Holideck is at Gate 17.

Airport Lounge Information

• Location of Lounge: Airside (Terminal 4) - situated after Passport Control & can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card.
• Seating capacity: 110
• Earliest Arrival: Monday-Sunday: 05.30 hours
• Check in time: You can check into the lounge up to 3 hours before your flight departure
• Arrival before booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
• Lounge Closing Time: Monday-Sunday: 22.00 hours

• Facilities: Sky & Satallite Television, Music Listening Posts, Video Games, Children's Play Tables, Newspapers.
• Food and Beverage Arrangements: Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge.
• Smoking permitted: Yes, this lounge has designated smoking room.
• Dress Code: All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
• Children/Infants permitted: Yes, all children welcome, (Same charge as adults).
• Allows luggage be left in site: For security reasons, all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return.
• Flight Announcements: All lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight. Lounge staff may also announce customer's flights but this cannot be guaranteed.
