Below are some typical questions and answers that we receive regarding the booking of your airport hotel with or without parking.
What do I need to do to amend or cancel my booking?
This will depend on who you made your booking with, use the links below for each hotel/parking provider

Can I book an airport hotel at short notice?
Yes, most of our airport hotels can be booked for the same day but it will depend on availability. Your booking will be confirmed by email immediately you have booked. You will need to print this off and then hand in at hotel reception on arrival. If you do not have access to your email then simply print off the confirmation page on the internet and hand this in as your booking voucher. However all that is actually required is your booking reference number so if you can not print these details make a note of the number and give this to the hotel on arrival.
Do I have to take car parking when booking accommodation?
No you can choose accommodation only or car parking which would generally be 8 or 15 days.
What do I pay if I need less than 8 days parking at the hotel?
All our parking packages with an airport hotel have a minimum charge of 8 days. You can of course park for less than 8 days but you will be charged for 8 day parking.
Can I park before my stay?
The majority of the airport hotels will allow this please check with the provider before booking or check the information page about the hotel. There will normally be an extra parking charge for this. Once you have booked, can you please e-mail the parking provider that you have made your booking with, so that they can advise the Hotel for you.
What happens if I exceed the 8/15 days parking package?
You can pay the additional days direct with the hotel/car park, on your return.
Is there a transfer bus to the airport?
Transfer buses are usually included in the parking cost but you will need to check on our hotel information pages or with your parking provider for confirmation. Major airports such as Heathrow will normally offer the Hoppa where a charge will be payable.
Do you have directions to the car park?
Yes. All our providers provide step by step directions to every hotel and car parks.
