Emirates Airlines has announced extensions to its Dubai bound service.

The Dubai based airline will launch its fifth weekly London-Dubai service this month as well as a non-stop flight from Dubai to New York from November 7.

Customers wishing to use the new service may like to consider relaxing in an airport hotel before the long flight.

Taking a room in an airport hotel means that travellers do not have to worry about getting to the airport, and can stay in bed that little bit longer, ideal for early morning flights.

The new flights take the airline's total flights into the UK to 91 per week, reports Sify.com.

Emirates flies from Gatwick Heathrow and Manchester Airports, and travellers wishing to fly into the UK from Dubai can choose from 13 daily departures.

The three UK airports possess numerous hotel facilities on site, with some establishments offering the height of luxury, such as spas, saunas and gymnasiums. For example, the Hilton Heathrow offers a health club with heated pool, sauna and steam room with family leisure rates available at weekends.
