The hotel is situated at the northern edge of the inner Ring Road opposite Watts Park and the Civic Centre. Take 2nd exit off Wide Lane roundabout into A27. Continue straight into A35. Go left at A335.

Grosvenor Square multi-storey car park is behind the hotel and is operated by the City Council and the hotel will reimburse one ticket per room per 24 hours upon production of a valid receipt.
